EQUIPMENT:
All temporary apartments have their own kitchen with crockery and coffee machine as well as TV and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.

The 2-room apartments are equipped with a double bed and sofa bed, offer space for up to 4 people and are also ideal as a holiday apartment for families.

CLEANING:
Our serviced apartments in Ulm are cleaned once a week, including fresh bed linen and towels.

RELAXATION:
On the 1st floor, all serviced apartments have a terrace of approx. 100 sqm with barbecue, comfortable seating and sun loungers, which is accessible to all guests.

ARRANGEMENT:
Seven of our serviced apartments face inwards towards the terrace, all other Ulm apartments face the front.
